Justin Dalenberg

Owner

Justin brings 28 years of industry experience to the table with a wide range of disciplines. While Justin spent most of his career in the kitchens of some of the country's top restaurants and hotels, he has also developed a skill in cultural leadership development and financial planning systems management. Justin was formally educated at the St. Clair Hospitality Academy and Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. With a passion for great food and service, Justin loves to work with company culture and business logistics, from menu development to business planning. Justin started his career learning the ins and outs of how to run a commercial kitchen and front of the house expertly, however, he spent the last years of his career as an employee learning how to run a business from Zingerman's Community of Businesses and Amway Hotel Corporation to round out his experience. 

Currently Justin is the owner and operator of Grand River Brewery, Bakery and Commissary Kitchen at 6 different locations, two Doll n Burgers locations, Manchester Meat Company, as well as three grocery stores and 2 other restaurants. He still does consulting and is currently growing an outdoor adventure business in Alpena, MI.

When Justin is not helping businesses GROW, he enjoys spending time with his wife Roberta, their four children, Corbyn 15, Juliana 12, Lucca 8, Isabella 5, their two dogs, Rey the Chocolate Lab and Ginger the Labradoodle, their Calico cat Lua and their Tennesee Walking Horse, Gypsy.

Justin is also an active member of Ogden Church, avid outdoorsman, a farmer, world traveler 

and a novice musician.
